By using Studio you agree to these terms. Studio lets you generate images and video with AI and manage a brand profile. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any reference material you upload.
Do not use Studio to create unlawful content, infringe others' rights, impersonate real people without consent, or generate sexual content involving minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Generation consumes credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law and do not expire. Prices and credit costs may change with notice.
You retain rights to outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
